About Me

 I’ve always believed that great wine tells a story — of place, craftsmanship, patience, and passion. My journey into the world of wine began as a personal fascination and evolved into a deeper commitment to understanding the artistry behind every bottle. Through my WSET Level 2 Wine certification, I’ve developed a strong foundation in wine regions, varietals, tasting techniques, and food pairings, allowing me to share both knowledge and enthusiasm with fellow wine lovers. As a certified wine sommelier, I strive to enhance wine tasting experiences that celebrate these elements. 

Whether exploring the complexity of Bordeaux, discovering emerging producers, or appreciating the balance of a perfectly aged vintage, I’m continually inspired by the culture and experience that surround fine wine.

Education and public speaking have always been a natural passion of mine. I enjoy creating engaging experiences where people can not only taste wine but also better understand the stories, history, and craftsmanship behind it. Sharing knowledge in a way that is approachable, memorable, and inspiring is something I value deeply.

Beyond wine, aviation has been another lifelong passion. I’ve been a private pilot for over 20 years and currently own and fly a Piper Malibu. Flying has given me a unique appreciation for precision, discipline, and adventure — values that parallel the world of fine wine remarkably well. Alongside teaching and speaking about wine, I am also pursuing my flight instructor certification so I can mentor and educate the next generation of passionate aviators.

For me, both wine and aviation are about more than technical skill — they represent curiosity, craftsmanship, lifelong learning, and the excitement of sharing those passions with others.
